Rainy Night Club Rules
You agree to these rules when connecting.
1. Do not share content that is illegal in the USA.
2. Do not harass other users. If someone asks you not to contact them, cease contact immediately.
3. Do not evade bans. This will result in a kline, regardless of context or excuse.
4. No outside drama. This is not an autism refugee camp, and we are not your therapist or parents. If you cannot behave yourself elsewhere, we cannot expect you to behave yourself here.
5. Do not contact Silence or Bhakti if you are banned from a channel. We do not participate in channel politics. We do not overturn channel bans in any situation.
6. Do not contact Silence or Bhakti if you don't like a rule or descision. Silence is an asshole, and Bhakti is too busy for your shit. Leave or live with it.
Binding agreement
By connecting to the server, you agree to all the rules of the server (seen on the MOTD (Message Of The Day)) upon connection. Violation of these rules results in a permanent ban. There is no appeal process.
Other server information
Clients that support 99 colors (Adiirc, mirc, etc) are highly recommended but not required. We do not support other clients, use them at your own expense. All rule violations are dealt with on a case by case basis and judgement is final. There is no appeal process. Report rule violations by sending Silence or Bhakti a PM. We'll get to it when we can.
